At NXT Level Carpet Cleaning, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver high-quality, professional cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with your service, please review our refund policy below:
1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the results of your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will:

Re-clean the affected area at no additional charge, OR

Offer a partial or full refund, at our discretion, if re-cleaning does not resolve the issue
We do not issue refunds for:

Pre-existing damage or permanent stains that were disclosed before service

Issues reported after the 48-hour window

Services declined or altered after technician arrival
2. Cancellation Refunds

Appointments canceled 24 hours or more in advance: No Charge

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: Subject to a $50 cancellation fee

Missed appointments ("no-shows"): Subject to a $50 cancellation fee
3. Payment Disputes
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or did not receive the agreed-upon services, please contact us immediately at tim@nxtlevelcarpetcleaning.com or 801-668-4464. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
4. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:

Travel fees (if applicable)

Optional add-on services that were completed as requested
