Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking with NXT Level Carpet Cleaning! By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the following terms: Vacuuming: To achieve the best possible cleaning results, we kindly request that, PRIOR TO OUR ARRIVAL the CARPET BE THOROUGHLY VACUUMED to remove any and all loose dirt and debris in order to achieve the best possible cleaning results. Vacuuming service is available at an additional $10/area. Arrival Window: We provide a 2 - 3 hour ARRIVAL WINDOW. We do our best to arrive at the beginning of the timeframe, but this is not a start and end time. We’ll notify you 20 - 30 minutes in advance of our arrival. Access Requirement: The client must ensure someone 18+ is present or provide access instructions for entry. Cancellation Policy: We understand life can be unpredictable at times, but we kindly request 24 hours’ notice for cancellations in order to allow us time to fill that appointment slot for another customer. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a $50 fee. Pet & Child Safety: Please keep pets and children away from equipment and freshly cleaned areas until dry. Stain & Odor Removal: While we use professional-grade products and equipment, not all stains or odors are guaranteed to come out. Service Refusal: We reserve the right to decline service if the job poses a risk to the technician's safety or is not as described during booking. Payment: Full payment is required upon job completion before departing from the job unless agreed upon in writing. For questions, please contact us before your appointment.
